TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Refund and cancellation policy:
We will refund all or part of your $250 Security Deposit (minus $35 administrative fees) if you need to cancel as follows:
Cancellation before 90 days, full deposit (minus $35 administrative fees)
Cancellation at day 89 to 31, half of deposit (minus $35 administrative fees)
0% will be refunded if you cancel prior to 30 days and you will forfeit your reservation/security deposit.
No deposit refunds for any holiday cancellations or special events (such as races) including New Years, Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We will, however, apply it towards a future reservation of your choice.
Early Return: There are no refunds for any unused days. Please note that you must have your campsite and RV Rented for the dates shown on your rental agreement. We are unable to accommodate early check outs. The RV will need to remain on the campsite until the dates in our agreement.
When you make your reservation, a $250 reservation/security deposit will be required.
We will send you an invoice that can be paid online via Square. This is 100% refundable and will be issued back within 14 days of your last check out date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. We will put a courtesy hold on the RV for 24 hours once the invoice has been sent. The remaining balance of your rental is due 14 days prior to your arrival (60 days for special events and holidays). You will again receive an invoice that you may pay online. The reservation/security deposit is fully refundable, based on RV condition. The RV must be returned clean like it was received minus dirty laundry or there will be a $100 cleaning fee deducted from your deposit. Your reservation security deposit does not get applied to your rental fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card via Square. The cardholder must be listed on the contract as the primary renter.

Hurricane & Severe Weather Policy
There are no refunds or reschedules in case of any severe weather events. This includes but is not limited to any interruptions or cancellations due to high winds, fire, tornado, tropical storms, hurricane warnings, acts of God, campground closure or mandatory evacuations which would require us to remove the RV immediately from campsite. Renters are advised to look into purchasing insurance (trip cancellation or interruption insurance) that would cover you in case this was to happen. Our goal is to ensure the safety of every guest and we reserve the right to evacuate you from our RV’s at anytime.
Compensation, Refunds, Adjustments for any inconveniences
While we make every effort to make sure your stay will be as relaxing as possible, there are times where inconveniences, breakdowns or malfunctions of equipment can occur. Any issues should be reported immediately. Rest assured, we will certainly do everything possible to remedy any situation that may arise in a timely manner. We do not offer any cash refunds for such occurrences or for any inconveniences. Any compensation or adjustment will be in form of a credit towards a future rental only.
Please note: for NASCAR and all other race events there is a $1000 deposit required.

We will be more than happy to apply your deposit towards a future reservation with no penalty.
Delivery/pickup are made within 125 miles of Disney World. Please contact us if your campground is more than 125 miles from Disney Fort Wilderness Campground for we maybe able to accommodate you.
We ask of you to please follow these few simple rules and to treat our property like it’s your own. There is NO SMOKING in our units, if we smell smoke or any signs of it being smoked in you will forfeit your entire deposit. Please keep the doors and windows closed if you plan to smoke outside or have a campfire. Please close the doors, windows and roof vents when leaving the RV so that rain does not enter the RV. No pets are allowed in our units except our Elkridge #2 5th Wheel, Sundance #2 5th Wheel and Catalina Travel Trailer. If a pet or pet odors are present you will forfeit your entire deposit. (Our Elkridge 2, Sundance 2 and Catalina are pet friendly.)
We have two RV’s with roof top decks that are for race events only. These are not able to be set up other than at race events. It is not safe to climb onto the RV roof top or ladders.
NO roof top access allowed. If anyone goes on the roof you will forfeit your entire security deposit. No exceptions.
OVEN USAGE IS PROHIBITED, except in the Elkridge 2 and North Trail (they have a convection oven/microwave combination)
All cost for pursuing and recovering a vehicle including, but not limited to loss of use and damages, fees incurred to return the unit to us, etc. – will be liable by Renter.
There will be a $150 fee deducted from the security deposit if you lock yourself out of the RV and you need us to bring a key or call a locksmith.
There will be a $150 fee deducted from the security deposit if you lose or damage the key/locks.
Fines and Other Expenses: Any fines, penalties, court costs, and other expenses assessed against Lessor, by result in Renter’s possession and use of the vehicle will be liable by Renter.
We reserve the right to change or amend our policy’s without notice at anytime.
